We are seeking for a Registered Health Clinician – Psychologist, Social Worker, Nurse, or Occupational Therapist to lead and support our community mobile support team!

Inspire and lead our Community Mobile Support Service located in the beautiful River City of Whanganui. As a Team Coach for Whanganui Mobile, you will be responsible for leading and supporting an amazing team of committed, confident, and compassionate support workers. You will need to see the individual expertise in each support worker, and to nurture those so they can bring their best selves to their function, the team and those the team support every day.
You will be attentive, a great listener, clear communicator, have a huge warm heart and be able to guide people to self-reflect upon their everyday practice. Ultimately the function of a team coach is to support your team to support those we are privileged to serve.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm. Additionally, you will be part of a rotating after hours on-call roster.
Responsibilities include:
   » You will need to be able to build and maintain relationships easily, be those with clinical services, health, and social services or with other non-governmental organisations to implement personalised plans.
   » Developing significant and collaborative relationships with the wider community.
   » Provide regular coaching and be focused on inspiring every member of your team.
   » Support the team in their mahi. You will need a sharp, adaptive, and conscientious mind with a little sprinkling of awesome.
   » You will need to think outside the box often to find the best possible results for your team and those they support.
   » Ensure the efficient and effective use of resources

You will have:
   » A current New Zealand Health registration (Nurse, OT, Social Worker, Psychologist or Addictions Counsellor)
   » Have?clinical work practicein working in mental health and addiction.
   » A current full New Zealand driver'slicense.
   » A current New Zealand first aid certificate or be prepared to obtain one.
   » Proven leadership abilities practice
   » Ademonstrated capability and cultural competence in working with M?ori.
