Provide lead support for project campaigns and supporting artists. Support internal staff with data, intel and resources for them to execute prosperous crowdfunding campaigns, administration of the Boosted digital platform, and support improvements for the overall user practice for donors and creatives. Engage Boosted and new audiences through savvy communications support. Reports to:Boosted Producer, Arts Foundation General Manager, Brown BreadDirector Works with:Brown Bread Arts Foundation Team, Brown Bread Philanthropy and Partnerships team, Brown Bread Communications Team, Many external arts organisations and artists Detailed description:BOOSTED PROJECT SUPPORT Support The Boosted Producer with: » Support to all artists and creatives currently using (and considering using) the Boosted platform to maximise their practice and success » Ensure the complete project cycle is seamless and prosperous for creatives » Maintain a high project success rate, in conformity with the KPIs set between yourself and the Revenue and Relationships Manager at the beginning of your term » Help the Boosted Producer and Arts Foundation team run workshops, presentations, and meetings to help current artists and creatives and engage new artists » Develop your own presentation style for workshops » Contribute to, and support, the development of the Boosted workshop materials and online resources with new and evolving content » Manage the community and user feedback, and direct this to the appropriate channel » Develop strong relationships with artists and donors through the project cycle to grow and sustain the community » Assist arts projects, organisations, and individual artists to develop and design prosperous crowdfunding campaigns » Manage expectations and strategies, from inception through to delivery » Provide technical guidance for CMS, imagery, and video » Find solutions and respond to questions and problems promptly across the complete project cycle COMMUNICATIONS & ENGAGEMENT OF THE BOOSTED COMMUNITY » Create clear cross-platform communications strategies and plans with the support of the Communications Manager, Boosted Producer, and team for Boosted. » Create compelling campaigns that deliver results, including social media and digital marketing campaigns. » Create exceptional engaging content for Boosted including:Digital: » Social media content » Blog posts and long-form articles » E-newsletter content and campaigns » Photography and imagery » Digital content for websites and landing pages » Marketing collateral including posters, brochures, and event programmes » Content for digital, social, and print advertising » Develop and execute paid social campaigns, In conjunction with our comms teamIn-person: » Presentations » MC/speaker notes for presenters WEBSITE MANAGEMENT Support Boosted Producer: » Manage and administer the day-to-day running of the Boosted digital platform, liaising with and escalating any faults or outages to the website development support team » Manage content uploading or special donor requests on how to appear on the website SYSTEMS MANAGEMENT » Maintain the pipeline of projects, and review regularly - ensuring any new development is managed and delivered within budget » Manage Salesforce database, pulling data and reports for the Arts Foundation team and Boosted Producer when needed » Be responsible for reporting on Boosted database monthly - new members, profiles etc » Assist and direct the payments team to process payments in a timely and accurate way, including (but not limited to): » Invoicing » Receipting » Refund payments » Reconciliation » End of year tax and audit support » Continual review and optimisation of internal systems to identify issues and develop improvements » Manage relationships with Boosted and Arts Foundation stakeholders » Track and analyse analytics and report monthly to clients to show results WIDER ARTS FOUNDATION DEVELOPMENT » Work with the Boosted Producer and Arts Foundation key team members to identify fundraising or partnership opportunities for Boosted and the Arts Foundation with the Boosted Producer » Network - attend out of workplace events to promote, engage or lgain more about possible Boosted and Arts Foundation opportunities GENERAL BROWN BREAD GENERAL tasks » Occasionally attend out of work-time events to understand what Brown Bread does, who is in its community and to help ?give' benefits to different pro-bono clients » Participate in a twice-yearly development plan - being clear on the development you'd like to pursue » Take ?space from the pace' days every 2 months (full time - pro-rata for part-time), especially if working longer hours than expected » Meet regularly with the Director, Arts Foundation General Manager, and Boosted Producer - reporting and managing up to ensure your best growth and development » General customer service, being an advocate for Brown Bread and its clients at work functions and events » Support other members of the Brown Bread and Arts Foundation team as and when needed WHO We are seeking FOR: Job detail You're an exceptional administrator and communicator, with attention to detail, strong organisational expertise, proactive, and the capability to multi-task and problem solve. You have one to three years' practice in a marketing or communications function, with a track record of creating memorable content that delivers results. You write with energy and a voice that cuts through the noise, and your style is adaptable enough to resonate with a 70-year-old donor, an established Aotearoa New Zealand artist, a film-maker and a local arts community. Your portfolio contains examples of awesome customer service, relationship building, efficiency, social media, email marketing, and some practice with websites. You have a flexible and positive attitude - where you're up for anything, and nothing is impossible. You're a natural collaborator.
