Infrastructure Technologies – Project Coordinator
   »income range: $61,734.00 – 75,452.00
Over the last five years in the Improvement Systems and Technology Group we have been evolving our delivery approach to be agile at scale.
We are seeking for a Project coordinator to provide administrative and project support to the Infrastructure and Services Project Delivery capcapability.
This is an exciting opportunity to join one of New Zealand's largest Information technology groups and be the motivational force that empowers our peoples to meet delivery goals and increase product capabilities and services to our clients.
An overview of your Job responsibilities:
   » Assist Project and Programme Managers with the development of project plans and activities to support proactive, good practice project management.
   » Assist with the delivery of quality documentation and adherence to process.
   » Monitor and report on projects key deliverables and milestones to ensure they are achieving their results.
   » Organise and assist with facilitating workshops to support proactive, good practice project management.
   » Work with project managers to ensure that financial reporting and forecasting requirements are completed.
   » Support identification and recommendation of improvements to the team's procedures and systems.
What you will have:
   » Previous practice in an Information technology project coordinator function.
   » An knowledge of portfolio, programme and project methodologies.
   » Advanced Information technology expertise including Microsoft products (Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Scheduler, Visio, E-mail) and research tools (internet and database use).
   » The capability to build and maintain effective working relationships.
   » The capability to prioritise, schedule work to meet deadlines and maintain the quality of services delivered.
   » Strong organisational expertise - capability to multi-task, prioritise and escalate where necessary.
   » Be a self-starter and independent thinker that can contribute to the wider team dynamic.
