CHANGE MANAGER - SECURE A CONTRACT WITH A NEW YEAR START!



   »9+month contract full-time engagement

Background
Exceptional opportunity for a high performing practiced Change Manager to provide change management, communications coaching, and engagement activities to support the roll out of new ERP systems implementation that will enable business transformation, through a well-structured and well-managed programme of work.
The function
Reporting to the Transition Lead the primary focus will be working closely with the Programme Team to support and manage the overall change strategy and business readiness plans, stakeholder management, engagement, and communications plan for a range of allocated clients. Critically you will be able to work with a range of audiences and undertake change impact assessments, as we want to ensure the new way of working is adopted to ensure the benefits realisation.
To be prosperous in this function you must have proven practice in change/transformation programmes and possess the capability to develop and execute change and communications plans, possess a high level of change management and competency. You will possess strong verbal and interpersonal communication expertise, be able to produce effective and concise change communication and engagement messages across audiences from the Executive level and across the wide-ranging workforce, and be able to navigate through dynamic, complex, and change-resistant environments.
Requirements
You will have a tertiary qualification in a significant field and hold significant ADKAR/PROSCI qualification, possess 8-10 years' practice in Change and Communications/Project Management, managing change and communications projects or programmes in complex environments. You must possess a strong business acumen, expertise, and practice in change management best practices, along with superior influencing expertise, underpinned by outstanding interpersonal expertise.
There is the absolute need to be proactive and output/results-driven, with outstanding time management and professionalism, and able to engage with different levels in an organisation and sector and possess solid political savviness!
