Job Opportunity: Customer Relations Coordinator:FuelAgencyJob description:Job DescriptionCustomer Relations CoordinatorWe are pursuing a person with a sunny disposition, lots of common sense and a flair for dealing with customers.Our front desk at Forum North Customer Services is the first port of call for many of our customers and visitors. As the ?Face of Council?, this person must be skilled at ensuring the public have the best possible practice when they visit our offices. This includes: Being knowledgeable about local government activities and able to answer queries » Coordinating wait times and knowledge the department's everyday workloads so that customers are kept fully informed » Having the capability to effectively multitask under pressure » Office administration » Customer relations » Using a variety of computer databases and software applications. Whangarei is emerging as a cosmopolitan centre with a community and business hub that supports a diversity of residents and visitors.
