Your new function So, you’re interested in joining a great team! You’re on the right track – the Candidate Manager will be working closely with the recruiters in the Solutions team, assisting with the administrative side of filling functions and in time developing your search skills to help target the right people for the right functions. You will be assisting with unbundled work – reference checking, phone screening, and background checks. Interested in learning how to Boolean search? We have an expert team of recruiters across generalist, construction/engineering and Tech so can help upskill you in this area (and many others!). Our unbundled work is where our clients get to pick and choose what element of the recruitment process they want our assistance with - we step in to lighten the load and speed up the process. Client overwhelmed by applications and in need of a shortlist of candidates? We’ve got it! That’s where we come in to help screen candidates. As Candidate Manager your capability to listen well while using your fast keyboard skills to turn around work quickly will go a long way to making you excel in this function. Great organisation skills, the capability to speak to a range of people, and obtain information over the phone are key. Along with this, being client centric and taking real pride in the work that you deliver is pretty crucial. Sound like you?
