As a Registered nurse with experience, you'll be responsible for leading the clinical team at the facility. You'll inspire and motivate the team to maintain our excellent standards. Duties will include: » Providing orientation and learning packages for new staff, » Completing all associated documentation and checklists, » Maintaining a professional waiting list database with high levels of consumer contact, » Completing all reporting requirements and clinical manager orientation checklists, » Ensuring that clinical staff are trained in clinical risks and reporting procedures, and » Designing rosters to best utilize staffing and resources.
