This could suit someone wanting the best of both, nannying and a bit of farm work, including feeding calves, milking and other young stock work. We take pride in looking after our cows and raise or sell all young stock to rearers. Our children are aged 8 and six, and love to meet people from all around the world, being half-German themselves. We have horses, so a horsey person is welcome to ride around our farm in their time off. We are located just outside Balclutha, on the doorsteps of the Catlins. Dunedin is just over an hour and so is Gore, Invercargill is 2 hours from here and Queenstown 2.5 hours. We offer a sleepout beside our house, internet, food, and paid hours with a fixed term contract. You do need to have a Working Holiday Visa or Work Visa, as well as an IRD number.
