Job Offer: Wok Chef:Job description:Wok ChefPayment: Paid Position ($28)Job location: Twizel Region: Christchurch & Canterbury practice: practice Necessary Listing Added: 26/10/2022 Hours of work: Tuesday to Sunday, between the hours of 11am-10pm Job location: Twizel, Mackenzie Region This is a permanent function at $28/hour for a minimum of 30 hours a week Job tasks include, but not limited to: » superviseing the whole operation of the kitchen » Ensuring the whole team/kitchen complies to New Zealand Health and Safety standard » Creating new menu, plan and organise the preparation and cooking of Asian and western meals » Develop seasonal menu when required » Stock check, supplies order Must be a team player and willing to relocate to Twizel (temperature range from -10 to 30 degrees). Minimum of 3 years practice as a sous chef or chef in Malaysian and Western cuisine, must be competent in Wok cooking, and a diploma or higher qualification in hospitality or similar.
