With a growing client base they’re looking for a Service Delivery Manager who can effectively manage and build on the current client relationships. The function As the Service Delivery Manager you’ll be responsible for streamlining processes and ensuring best practices are followed to complete the projects and BAU work with the best possible outcome. You’ll do this by effectively partnering with the development, service desk and sales team to ensure agreed SLA’s are met for the client. You will be the first point of contact for any issues escalated by the client and will act as the Incident Manager for any major incidents. expertise and practice: » Ideally 2-3 years prior practice in a Service Delivery Manager function » A strong knowledge of data (data warehousing / data lakes / dashboarding) » practice developing and improving monthly reports » Prior use of AWS/Azure is advantageous » Ensure a high level of service for clients by adhering to the appropriate policies and procedures. » practice managing small and large clients » Proven capability at managing the challenges of technical service delivery and directing a team through these. » Solid working knowledge of the ITIL framework and know when and when not to apply them. » Clear and effective communication On offer - full time permanent function - work in the house options - Auckland CBD location.
