Permanent full-time positions

We are pursuing motivated, strong communicators to provide exceptional customer service to our clients over the phone.
About the function
Although you will be part of a team, you will work as an individual to quickly build rapport with a diverse range of people including those in vulnerable situations who need urgent assistance. In line with legislation and policy you will respond to client requests for information and support.
   » These are full-time (37.55 hours per week), permanent opportunities
   » Your scheduled shifts will be for 5 days across Monday to Saturday between 6.30am to 10.00pm
   » We work on a no surprises basis and will ensure that you will know your scheduled shifts well in advance.
About you
Your warm welcoming approach, manaakitanga and exceptional people expertise will allow you to know and understand your clients with ease. This knowledge enables you to work in partnership with clients to help them achieve their goals.
You'll bring a high level of personal integrity, initiative, whakawhan?ungatanga, and a strong people focus to the function. You'll be comfortable navigating your way around computer systems. You are curious and like to uncover details, using your analysis expertise to find the cause of the problem and finding solutions.
