This position will look after several direct reports and help the Finance Manager with higher level decision making. The function will be well suited to an individual with good technical expertise that is looking to make a transition into an all rounder function. The function will be suited to someone who is driven and proactive and is interested in working for a Not-for-Profit organisation. Responsibilities » Lead the day-to-day financial processes, ensuring that processes are effective and efficient as possible » Support the external accountants to ensure the information is available to complete all reporting requirements and tax obligations. » Provide support and leadership abilities in the finance team and wider business » Analysing data collected to determine and report the state of the company’s financial health.
