They have a team of practiced project managers up and down the country working on key projects for key clients. Due to further growth there is now a requirement for a senior project manager with team management expertise. As a Senior Project Manager, you will need to come from a construction consultancy background with proven practice on a broad range of commercial projects over $40M in value covering such areas as design and consenting, project management, project planning, risk management, cost management, procurement and contract administration and construction management. Specfic sector areas of interest include, healthcare, education, industrial and wider commercial. We are seeking for candidates with 10 - 20 years of practice with a tertiary qualification in Architecture, Quantity Surveying, Building Surveying, Building Science, Engineering or Property.
