We are currently interviewing for entry level - senior positions, ideal for individuals currently seeking work within the Office & Administration space. We are recruiting full and part time professionals in and around Auckland on a temporary / contract basis. Those who are customer-centric and who excel in problem-solving, possess exceptional communication skills, and demonstrate meticulous attention to detail should keep reading!
What you can expect
As an Administrator, you will contribute to the efficient operation of the business by providing essential office support. Your responsibilities will include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets and presentations, and ensuring effective filing systems are in place. You will also assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and managing correspondence. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to handle multiple tasks will be instrumental in maintaining productivity and supporting the team.
The perfect candidate?
   » Having experience and/or a background within administrative based tasks is essential.
   » Proficient in using office software and systems, including word processing, spreadsheets, and presentations.
   » Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
   » Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
   » Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
   » Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
   » Proactive and reliable with a strong work ethic.
   » Experience in coordinating meetings and managing calendars is preferred.
