The function We require a Payroll Specialist with HRIS systems expertise and a broad payroll background. The incumbent is seconded to do a new system implementation so this will be the sole payroll person. Information technology is a large international manufacturer however you will be responsible for approximately 170 NZ located staff, predominately salaried. The tasks will include: » Ensure the smooth execution of payroll. » Checking timesheets, entering hours into the system if required, managing benefits, one-off claims and any other general ad hoc tasks that arise. » Working in the HRIS system. » Providing reporting – forecasting headcount and labour costs. The Ideal Person We are seeking for a payroll whizz to hit the ground in this job. You’ll need to be able to pick up new tasks quickly and accurately, with good initiative and problem solving capability. We want someone whose willing to own payroll and slot into the high-performing finance team as the payroll expert.
