Offer: System Architect:ACC_hainesJob description:Job DescriptionAs a Systems Architect, you will playakey function in the Agile Release Train (ART) in ACCs adoption of the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe).The SysArch describes the solution intent, determines the primary components and subsystems, identifies interfaces and highlights technical challenges. The function defines Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) and guides enablers through program planning and delivery. They work closely with the Release Train Engineer (RTE) and the Product Manager, customers and suppliers to ensure the solution is fit for purpose. this function will be working within our Injury avoidance ART.With ACC, you’ll be supporting people in Aotearoa to stay safe by minimising the incidence and impact of injury, as well as helping them recover from injury if an accident does happen. What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function: » You’re someone who can collaborate with ACC Enterprise and Domain Architects in identifying and defining Features and Enablers » You’ll contribute to pre-Programme Implement Planning (PIP) and the PIP sessions themselves by leading architecture discussions » Minimum seven years working as a Senior Solution Architect or equivalent » Proven practice of working within a SAFe ART » Strong interpersonal, communication and conflict resolution expertise with the capability to build strong relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders » capability to produce well-structured and easily understood documentation and make persuasive presentations that can be understood by senior management, peers and customers » Proven practice in the delivery of complex architectures with an appreciation of the working components within the business, applications and technology domains » Sound knowledge of architectural principles, practices and processes as applied in the delivery of fit for purpose enterprise solutions Working at ACC We know that a diverse and inclusive team helps us meet the needs of our customers, and we welcome candidates from every ethnicity, national origin, gender identity, age, and those with a discapability or who have additional mental health needs.
