About the function: You will be working alongside the People Team in NZ, Australia, and Manila. You will be working with two service groups and providing support with: » Employment relations » identifying risks and resolving issues. » Career progression for the employees » Working on projects around diversity » Providing inductions, exit and mobility support You will have full admin support in this position. this function is a full-time permanent position with a lot of flexibility. You will ideally be able to work two days in the CBD office, however this can be discussed further.
