Starting as soon as possible and working through a 6 week temp assignment. They’re currently located in Mairangi Bay with a move to Takapuna happening mid-August. About the function: this function is required to work on a very busy accounts function, covering a high volume of invoices weekly. Once coded invoices will need to be batched, approved and entered into Great Plains. You’ll be working through an AP inbox, working on creditor statement reconciliation and this function will include liaising with others in the business. About You: We need someone who is a quick learner, someone who is independent and able to work autonomously and a candidate who is able to keep focus as this is a busy function. practice working in a high volume invoice environment is definitely advantageous but for the right person this could be flexible.
