Key Tasks & Responsibilities Tasks in the Housekeeping department will involve: » Cleaning of rooms, including making beds, replacing linen, disinfecting surfaces, and vacuuming. » Cleaning and tidying of public areas, including the lobby and public toilets. » Re-stocking supplies, including linen and cleaning supplies. Tasks in the Food & Beverage department will involve: » Greeting and seating customers, and taking food and beverage orders. » Serving food and beverages to guests. » Clearing tables and returning dishes to the kitchen. » Collecting payments from sales and operating the point of sale system and cash register.
