Hours: Full time / 8:30am - 5pm Location: Penrose Salary: $80,000 per annum Benefits: Impressive discounts on company wide product range, new premises, social events, engagement surveys. The Role: Continued growth has meant the business is now seeking an experienced individual to come in and take a lead on all things AP/AR. This is an autonomous, varied role, working closely with the sales and customer service team & pivotal to the business. » End to end AP including processing and recording invoices, payment runs, account reconciliations, investigating discrepancies, maintaining accurate records, working closely and building relationships with vendors, month end activities including preparing and posting accruals and adjusting entries » End to end AR function including generating & sending invoices, debtor management and relationships with both large high street brands and smaller independents, process and apply customer payments, reconciling accounts, customer enquiries regarding billings. » Setting up of all new supplier and customer files » Month end including reporting, account reconciliations, accruals, journals The Candidate: » Proven end to end AP and AR experience » Experience with SAP would be very advantageous but not essential » Experience working with large vendors and debtors » Strong communication skills and ability to build good working relationships » Team player happy to chip in & wear a few hats To apply for this role you must already reside in New Zealand and have the right to work.
