Forklift Operator - Reach or Counter BalanceLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 22 to 23 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Store person & Warehousing » » » We are currently seeking Forklift Operators to work in a chilled environment for a Meal Prep distributor based in Penrose . This is an Essential Business that is rapidly growing during level 4 lockdown. The role requires candidate to assist with both counterbalance and reach forklift operation as well as manual handling tasks relating to dispatching grocery product. Duties include: » Off Loading and Loading of trucks » Inwards and outwards goods » Fork hoist operation » Physical manual handling. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of one year working in a warehousing environment and be confident on the forklift. You must have: » A minimum of 1 year counter balance and or reach experience » Ability to pass drug test » Have a current Fork hoist license » Reliable transport to get to and from work each day » Must have reasonable physical fitness as heavy lifting will be required There are both morning and afternoon shifts available: 06.00am - 1.45pm or 2.15pm -10.00pm with weekend work mandatory.
