Registered Nurse - Day Surgery + EndoscopyJob location:Bay of Plenty Tauranga Work Type: Permanent » » » »Enjoy Bay of Plenty Lifestyle »Free car park and meals »No weekend, no night shift- rostered shifts Special Skills: » Sound clinical skills in surgical patient care » Familiar with and demonstrates a commitment to risk management and quality » Sound knowledge and implementation of infection control practices » Familiar with clinical pathway concepts and their application to practice » Excellent problem-solving skills » Competence in clinical emergency procedures » Crisis management and astute decision-making skills » Conflict management in relation to own clinical practice The unit currently operates from 7 AM to 8:30 PM, Monday to Friday so shifts will be located on the requirements of the unit.
