Our client is looking for an experienced Dispatcher to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to further their career in a fantastic organization. We are looking for a superstar dispatcher to join our very busy client based in Christchurch. If you come from a transport dispatcher background, this role would be a fantastic fit! This role is a very important role for the business and therefore is very full-on. We are looking for a fun, enthusiastic, and chirpy candidate, this office has a lot of fun together, hosting BBQs and team social events. The hours of work are 7.30 am - 4.30 pm Monday to Friday, there may be the occasional phone call out of hours which you need to be prepared for. Key responsibilities include: » Managing the internal dispatch system and arranging orders » Liaising with colleagues on bookings » Answering phone, emails, and face to face bookings » Allocate the job to correct colleagues » Keeping in contact with clients with any updates regarding their booking We are looking for candidates who have: » A fantastic background, ideally from dispatching in the transport industry! » A vibrant personality, who likes to have a laugh with the team » Good computer skills and can multitask This role is an awesome opportunity for someone who is looking to be in a very supportive team in a well-known brand.
