The company holds more than $23M of inventory, employs over 130 staff and has a catalogue of thousands of medical and pharmaceutical consumables • You will be applying your analytical and customer service expertise in a ‘product located’ environment (ie gaining an knowledge of stock levels and inventory), and building your ERP/computer, administrative (even accounts) practice in this compensateing function where your title will be ‘Master Data & Pricing Analyst’. • located at the Auckland Head Office, (Mt Albert area) this is an exciting opportunity for you take on a new function in a fast paced, well supported team environment • This employer is part of a larger group too, with exciting expansion plans to relocate 2024 from the City edge to new South Auckland premises in Mangere Overview To ensure accurate and timely maintenance of master data & pricing, and proactive monitoring of gross margins. tasks include: - Inventory and Pricing Master Data creation and maintenance (shared function) - Loading contracts/pricing details - Master data requests, queries & file maintenance - Rebates/claims/credit processing - Customer (DHB etc) & Supplier email liaison, also with Product Managers & Procurement, the Accounts Dept etc - Managing purchase prices/investigating invoice variances - everyday margin analysis & reports (Master Data & Pricing) - Inventory & stock level maintenance - Maintaining SOP’s & striving for process improvement etc - Use of Excel and SAP You • In a team of four within Information & Support Services, you will initially be trained and guided by existing team members and the Information Systems Manager • You will enjoy being part of a very reliable, long serving and friendly company culture – a highly driven values business • Your logical mind and confident, outgoing personality will be appreciated • Any ERP/big data system practice will be valuable, as will advanced data analysis expertise with intermediate Excel please (additional training on offer) • A tertiary qualification is required (eg Data Analysis, Supply Chain, Pharmacology) On offer: • Excellent remuneration depending on practice, $60-70,000 • Work in the house 2 days/week policy (after three months) • Training will be provide • Promotional opportunities (and why this is available!) • Open plan office • Welcoming and dynamic team • Hours are 8.30 to 5pm • Free onsite parking (near South West motorway exit), moving to new premises Mangere in 2024 • Subsidised cafeteria (full meals), generously provided by the co • Long Service Leave • Staff purchasing benefits • Progression within the company and wider group (ie other Auckland locations and Australia) etc Interested?
