This pivotalleadership abilitiesfunctionwillinitiatethecollaborative development of policy analysis,?andtheco-creation ofcommentary,positions,submissionsand policy papersalongside our many stakeholders and the wider MHF team. Along with leading the team, our new Policy and Advocacy Managerwillalsobuild strategic relationships and alliances(to contribute to advocacy aims),contributetocorepolicy and advocacyworkandmaintainintelligence onthe legislativeand political environmentsthat impact mental health and wellbeing. this functionwillwork closely with the Chief Executivein their functionasspokesperson,taking a public health approach toprovide high-quality adviceonpolicy and advocacy priorities. Your leadership abilitiesand collaborationskills and practice will be put to?great use?as you lead, develop and coach the?team?to build on their skills,?and contribute towards?creating an Aotearoa where all people thrive.
