The Information Security Technology Manager (ITSM) is responsible for the confidentiality, integrity and availcapability of the ACC environment through the development and maintenance of ICT Security standards and promoting an knowledge of security risks and management requirements in support of the ACC Information Technology and Innovation group. The Information Technology Security Manager is a great opportunity for an practiced security and risk professional to join a progressive organisation which is building the technological foundations for the prosperous transformation of this important national asset. In this function, you will have the chance to use your exceptional expertise to provide technical leadership abilities in ICT security management to ensure the on-going stcapability and security of ACC’s ICT environment. Your capability to build strong working relationships at a senior level and to lead, influence and drive alignment will see you in good stead for this position. You will be heavily involve in developing and implementing guidelines for information security and connected risk management processes and practices and support the on-going maintenance of ACC’s information security policies and standards. The position is also responsible for Information security policy; standards and the technology support for key areas including data management, data governance, business intelligence and analytics. What we’re looking for: » practice and knowledge of risk management, and information security practices in a corporate environment, including familiarity with National and International security Standards connected with technology and information systems, such as NZISM; as well as exposure to and/or qualifications in risk analysis techniques » Demonstrated knowledge of Information technology security best practices and exposure to and/or qualifications in Information technology risk best practice methodologies, e.g. NIST, ISO 27000 series of international standards for Information Security Management » Strong knowledge of solution architecture and ICT security policies and standards » An knowledge of Disaster Recovery from a systems availcapability against attack perspective » Proven success in achieving results through effective facilitation » capability to make decisions and sound recommendations located on proper analysis, significant information, key issues and relationships » capability to produce well-structured and easily understood documentation and make persuasive presentations that can be understood by senior management, peers and customers » An practiced, who has the capability to build effective working relationships at a senior level Working at ACC We know that a diverse and inclusive team helps us meet the needs of our customers, and we welcome applications from people of every ethnicity, national origin, gender orientation, gender identity, gender expression, age, and/or status as an individual with a discapability.
