My client is a well know local organisation with a diverse offering into the community whilst providing critical services and support to the region.
The function
This is a new function for an practiced Finance Manage in this leadership abilities position within the organisation.
this function is a blend between technical and commercial and is responsible for ensuring robust accounting standards and reporting is managed through the team, whilst offering support to the business through providing analysis and commercial insights to support decision making. this function is also responsible for managing a team of five key personnel, upskilling and developing their capcapability in their respective function.
Key responsibilities and oversight of the function include:
·         Team Management
·         Financial Planning and Reporting
·         Forecasting and Modelling
·         Treasury Management
·         Business Improvement
·         Key Projects
About You
You will be an practiced people leader with the capability to communicate effectively and build relationships with key stakeholders. You understand the power of a team approach and value their contribution to achieving goals.
·         CA Qualified
·         3+ Years in a leadership abilities position
·         practice with Budgeting and Forecasting
·         Strong analytical capcapability - Modelling etc
·         Exposure to financial systems
·         Project management practice
