The project aims to optimise the engineering trades, training delivery and qualification pathways. The Learning Designer expectations will be : * Learning results * Instructor objectives * Instructor Lesson plans * Student Course Books The design phase will involve outlining the required results of the learning solution, the way in which these will be assessed, the learning required for the learner to achieve the required results, and the manner in which the learning solution will be conducted.
