Offer: Learning Consultant:HainesAttractJob description:Job Description» Facilitate our technical learning in this pivotal function» Fixed-term position – Immediate start until June 2022 » located in Wellington About the function – Atu mo te mahi Reporting to the Head of Learning, We are seeking for an expert to provide end to end implementation and delivery of learning and development within our organisation. You would also be responsible for developing quality induction programmes as well as ad hoc and continuing learning content. About you – Pehea koe We are seeking for a Te Reo M?ori speaking Learning Consultant, you will need at least seven years previous practice as a Learning Consultant and be able to demonstrate your capability to produce clear documentation, designs and specifications. You will have practice of learning systems and Agile or Addie approach to training. Your function will be consultative, so your client facing expertise must be strong. You are a learning consultant all-rounder! You will need broad project management practice, from design to implementation and a track record of managing multiple projects at any one time. Your results will speak for themselves because you know how to measure the impact of everything you design.
