My client is on the lookout for a Packhouse Team Leader to support the Packhouse manager in the co-coordination of packing operations. Some of your responsibilities will be: » Support and follow H&S procedures » Maintain general quality housekeeping measures » Ensure a smooth product flow and packing operations to meet requirements » Provide leadership abilities to the packhouse operators » Assist in pack house planning and delivering the plan » Ensure that all product for Domestic markets meet specified quality requirements » Working collaboratively with the packhouse team and the wider business Quality team To be prosperous in this function: If you’re someone who wants a challenge, is a great team player and is ready to roll your sleeves up, then this function is for you. » Have practice in packhouse systems and processes or manufacturing » capability to manage multiple tasks efficiently » Be able to build and retain long term relationships » Intermediate Microsoft Office expertise » Have a positive attitude and is resilient, able to manage conflict and make decisions » Be a problem solver and be well organised » Have great communication expertise and can work as a team advantages: Enjoy a mix of benefits this organisation has to offer.
