My client is growing into the South Island space, and now needs a passionate and professional team player to work out of Christchurch and do what the Auckland and Australia team have done - making great headway into businesses, and securing a new foothold in the market place. This is a B2B function, in the Air Conditioning industry, with a large Business Development component. Therefore your practice in this field is an added bonus.

With a flat management environment and a small wider team who are all supportive and united in their functions, you will enjoy a social and well supported environment, with some truly great perks and generous employer benefits.

This is a very honest, approachable, open straight up team, managed to ensure you have every success, and plenty of contact with your wider team. You will have access to full and thorough training, and your career path will be clear.

The right person for this function will:
- Have a solid history of Business Development/Hunting practice

- Contribute to the team positively with a shared passion for growing this brand

Your days will be filled with developing a new and positive practice with valuable future clients around their HVAC requirements. Creating new and lasting relationships, developing valuable call cycles, reaching out with warm and cold leads to wholesalers, installers and contractors to offer best in service practices.

You will receive all the tools of the trade – phone, lap top, desk, chair, late model family vehicle.
