I am looking for someone who likes to work collaboratively, has a strong eye for detail and capability to mentor and teach others. Other tasks Include: » Ensure the accurate and timely audit of the pay each fortnight, escalating and managing risk where appropriate » Maintain a list of fortnightly checks to monthly payroll and make changes to this list if required » Implement and apply controls to ensure accuracy of changes to employee pay » Ensure the team delivers a high standard of service and positive practice with internal employees » Ensure up-to-date knowledge and adherence to NZ Payroll legislation and employee collective changes Desired practice: » Demonstrated practice working at a Team Leader level, in the Payroll or Audit space » SAP practice, at a user or SME level, with strong MS Suite practice » Strong knowledge of collective agreements, key legislation; Holidays Act, Wages Protection Act » Public sector practice is preferred With any questions please email; Olivia Strutton - Olivia.Strutton@beyond.co.nz Ref No: 111190 Apply Now Hi I'm Olivia, I manage this function.
