About the role: Our client is currently looking for a Warehouse Supervisor (Raw Materials) to coordinate the daily raw materials warehousing activities. This will be based at their Paerata plant reporting to the Warehousing & Logistics Manager. Key accountabilities would include: » Hands on approach with product handling, distribution and focused on maintaining quality standards. » Maintaining positive relationships with all departments » Taking responsibility for the stock movements and stock control within RM warehouse, documentation and associated equipment on your shift » Training employees and driving ongoing development The successful candidate should have worked in a similar warehouse environment (FMCG/Dairy) and be able to hit the ground running. A forklift licence is desirable but not essential and warehousing and stock control experience would be an advantage. Our client is looking for someone who can use their initiative in a changeable, fast paced environment and consistently ensure fantastic team performance with clear communication skills and attention to detail.
