Machine LoaderLocation Manukau & East AucklandAuckland Job type Full Time Salary 21 to 22 Category Manufacturing/Operations > Machine Operators » » » We are currently seeking machine loaders ideally with gantry crane experience for a manufacturing plant based in Penrose. This role offers great rates of pay with time 1 1/2 overtime rates for any hours worked over 8 hours and double time for over 11 hours per day. Previous machine operating experience would be preferred, and candidates are required to have a proven track record of reliability in a previous role will be highly considered. The role involves: » Assist with the loading of the product into the machine. » Cleaning and maintenance of machines, product and work area. » Use of Conveyors, overhead gantries and other manual processes. » Preparing and packaging product for dispatch This role is very hands on and does require some manual handing of goods, therefore candidates must be physically able to lift up to 25kgs To be successful you must: » Preferably some level of higher education related to mechanical engineering » Able to provide two work references, » Able to pass a pre-employment drug screen » Have own reliable transport to site. Hours of work are 07.00am to 15.00pm the first week and then 15.00pm to 23.00pm on a rotating shift Monday to Friday with great benefits and long-term potential.
