The opportunity: We are seeking for an practiced super star Personal adjunct to support our General Manager, Regulatory Services. You will have loads of initiative, be proactive, tech savvy and can roll up your sleeves and get stuck in. This position will require a high level of integrity, discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with stakeholders both inside and outside the business. The position will undertake a wide variety of activities from managing administrative activities to supporting governance, projects, high-level meetings; action/minute taking, reporting and everything in between. About you: You will be known for getting things done! You will have previous practice supporting a Tier 3 leader preferably within a public sector environment and bring the following practice, expertise and expertise with you: » 5+ years practice as a Personal adjunct » practice in dealing with external sector stakeholders would be advantageous. » practice undertaking key administrative tasks » Set high standards including accuracy, attention to detail, and meeting deadlines » Continuous improvement ethos, practice looking for and implementing business process improvement » Collaborative team expertise and adept at fostering and building relationships » Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook and Teams We are an equal opportunity employer that values diversity and inclusion.
