We are currently looking for a dedicated and practiced Service Support Engineer to provide 1st and 2nd level support to a large internal user and customer base. You will be supporting a wide variety of technologies such as Exchange, Active Directory, Windows 10, Microsoft Applications, ConnectWise, networks, desktops, laptops, tablets, printers / scanners.
About the function:
this function will be working as a Service Desk Analyst as a contractor for 3 months in Ellerslie. You must have used ConnectWise in a previous function.

expertise & practice required:
   » Helpdesk practice with good troubleshooting expertise supporting large environments with 500+ users
   » knowledge of networks
   » Hands on practice in large environments with Microsoft server technologies, Citrix, Active Directory and general knowledge of common technologies used in enterprise Information technology environments
   » ConnectWise
   » Bachelor of Computer Science, MSCE, MCSA or similar
   » ITIL foundation certificate desirable as well as Microsoft or Cisco certifications
   » Excellent documentation and reporting expertise
   » Show commitment to continual improvements and strong client focus
