Job Opportunity: New Season Calf Rearers:Job description:New Season Calf RearersPayment: Accommodation & Paid ($23- $25 inc holiday pay 8%)Job location: South Island & North Island Region: Nationwide practice: Limited practice Necessary Contact: May - September work Listing Added: 27/01/2022 We are seeking for calf rearers for the new season which starts in May and runs through September. We are seeking for people that have practiced farm life previously, such as dairy farming, dry stock, vineyards, orchards, pack houses etc to help with assisting with calf requirements including feeding, health concerns, hygiene and cleanliness of sheds and general farm chores. You will need to be able to lift 20kgs+ for this function This is a great opportunity to break into the dairy farming industry by getting expertise on a farm. These functions can lead to continuing positions. You will need to already be living in NZ for these functions and will require that you have legal working rights in NZ. Accommodation can be negotiated for candidates that require it. Information technology will be shared with other staff members on farm. Please note that these functions will start aorund May and run thorugh September.
