Customer Services RepresentativeJob location:Auckland Manukau & East Auckland Work Type: Temporary » » » • Great culture in Mt Wellington, NOT a Call Centre • 9am to 5.30pm, neg $27-29/hr, continuing, perm possible! • Free onsite parking! Very sociable, 1 day WFH Intro • A large company in the health sector that supplies the DHB’s/Hospitals with product, you will be in a varied customer services/operations function with colleagues • As a Temp initially, with the opportunity to apply for permanent at a higher rate too!! (a separate application) • And, depending on your practice, there may be other functions available too! So do apply if any practice in the below • NOTE Two Customer Service Rep functions available, sharing details below, one more admin focused, one more customer (NOT a Call Centre) The functions x2 • Responding to customer emails (government clients) • Following up on ETA (estimated time of arrival) • Getting track and trace • Looking into credit requests and processing credit paperwork • Some inventory work • Using SAP system and Smart Freight for Despatching (training on) • Basic Excel required with attention to detail and very good phone expertise and written communication You • Will have computer/customer service expertise • Be down to earth and friendly • Happy to be in shared offices alongside a busy Warehouse • An interest in the Operations/Logistics environment On offer • $27-29/hour approx (includes holiday pay), paid weekly (equiv to $56-60,000) • continuing, as possible permanent opportunity too! • WFH - One day/week work in the house once trained up • Free onsite parking • Training on systems • Very social team • Lots of work lunches/after work drinks • A close ‘work family’ • Bus routes nearby • Cafes handy Note A Police Check will be required prior to placement Please send an updated resume to Sue Brash by clicking Apply Now.
