My client is a small business located in West Auckland, looking for a reliable person to step into this account’s administrator function for two weeks. The function is a mixture of general accounts administration, with a payroll practice preferrable. Being an all-rounder with previous practice as an accounts administration is key for this function as well as having a great eye for detail.
• Reconciling bank accounts and supplier invoices
• Credit notes
• Cashflow Budgeting
• Payroll administration, including IRD PAYE Filing
this function is seeking someone who can step in and add instant value. Working in a small office here in West Auckland, being self-motivated and working autonomously is key for success in this position. If you thrive in putting your hand up for any task, as well as pride yourself on your attention to detail and accuracy, this function is for you!
• Being able to start asap!
• Have an accounts administration practice – ideally with payroll expertise!
• Be able to work autonomously in a small and quiet office
