As a Senior Planning and Performance Advisor you will support the Planning and Performance Lead to implement ACC’s strategy through our business planning and performance accountcapability frameworks.

A bit about the function
You’ll support the business planning cycle; the development and delivery of our planning and reporting accountcapability documents and provide advice and analytical support on strategic planning and reporting requirements.
We’re committed to Te Tiritio Waitangi by providing space form ?tauranga M?ori located approaches to lead, support and develop approaches, tools, actions and expertise that creates space for M?ori and Tangata Tiriti (non-M?ori).
Our TeTiritio Waitangi direction is guided by the Wh?ia Te Tika – Pursue What is Right – M?ori Strategy. Information technology illustrates our commitment to improve M?ori access, practice and results through our function managing the ACC scheme.
What We are seeking for from you to be prosperous in this function will include the following:
   » Previous practice consulting and advising senior leaders around planning and reporting
   » expertise and practice implementing strategy frameworks, processes,and tools
   » Highly developed conceptual and analytical capability, able to deal with complex and emerging issues that contain a high level of ambiguity
   » Excellent relationship management expertise and capability to influence stakeholders
