Joining two Senior Change Managers, this function will support the development of a large transformation programme focussed on public consultation for a major legislative change. To be prosperous for this position you will require the following expertise and practice: » A solid knowledge of how people go through a change and the change process » practice and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (i.e. PROSCI) » practice with large-scale change management within a complex organisation » Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing expertise » Public sector practice is preferable What's in Information technology for you: » gain up to $120 per hour (ex.
