The key focus areas of change communication for this function are as follows; SEG - Secure Email Gateway Enhancing security across all inbound and outbound email, including SPAM, Phishing, Malware, URL and attachment detection etc. The rollout of this will be large and will be integrated with Outlook, affecting how the userbase currently reports suspicious emails. MFA - Multifactor Authentication Provide s another tier of authentication for online applications. Includes rollout of an authenticator app for work and/or personal devices that are used for work purposes or to access work content. We are seeking for someone that has the extra special skill and capcapability of being able to translate highly complex and technical content into straightforward information for our customers and users across the organisation. If you have previous practice working on similar projects, across a large Enterprise organistion with scale then this is an ideal contract for you!
