About the position We are seeking for sales support person to assist in the sales process in a world class tech company. This is a sales support position where you will be supporting both sales consultants and customers. Your responsibilities will include: • Providing sales support and managing queries to business and home customers over the phone or via email • Actively listening, capturing and processing customer orders • Following up on queries related to invoices and credits • Providing quotes as well as pricing and payment options • Building and maintaining relationships with customers • Providing a high level of customer service This is a full time position, hours Mon-Fri 8.30am – 5pm. Although this is a temp position, Information technology is on-going so We are seeking for someone who has the availcapability to go permanent.
