The purpose of the function is to identify and manage the change happening across the business in order to achieve the desired results as set by the business. tasks and responsibilities include: tasks • Use customer centered design techniques to develop new & enhanced services. • Promote a customer focused culture in line with their Client Service charter. • Identify ways to reduce cost of delivery. • Improve results through re-design of user practice, business processes, and better collaboration across systems. • Plan and execute co-creation workshops with stakeholders. • Identify improvements that will improve customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. • Identify risk and compliance impacts and manage in line with risk framework. expertise & practice • practice in customer-centered design techniques and methods for products & services. • practice conducting customer research & synthesizing insights. • practice with change & project management methodologies. • capability to develop customer centric design artefacts. • Demonstrated practice contributing to change in complex regulated organisation’s • Tertiary qualification in design, business, psychology, or other significant qualification. • An knowledge of financial services & investment products will give you a strong advantage.
