The Opportunity:

Is it time to move from a clinical only environment to one that allows you to grow your management skills?

Use your clinical skills to provide exceptional care for residents while managing a team on the ground, including clinical staff, housekeeping, activity staff, and other associated health professionals.

The successful candidate will be required to:
   » Effectively manage their specific area of responsibility
   » Be compassionate and ensure quality care is provided to all residents
   » Manage and oversee the performance of all staff working in their department teams
   » Development and leadership a successful & happy team
   » Adhere to all clinical polices and procedure
   » Support to the Clinical Manager if and when required

The successful applicants will need:
   » Proven experience as a Registered Nurse, preferably in Residential Aged care
   » Current APC
   » Have the ability to lead, mentor, coach and share knowledge with your team
   » Have the skillset for and be passionate about building meaningful relationships with colleagues, staff, residents and their families
   » Be able to deliver excellent customer service to the residents
   » Be professional, kind and compassionate
   » Have the know how to keep improving systems and procedures.
   »
Candidates for this role will be required to complete a Ministry of Justice check and have New Zealand residency or a New Zealand work permit.
