The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery in a safe and efficient manner while ensuring product quality and compliance with company standards. You will work in a fast-paced environment, where attention to detail and safety are critical to success. Key Responsibilities: » Operate and monitor machinery to ensure proper functioning and quality of product. » Set up machines according to production requirements, adjusting settings, tools, and parts as needed. » Perform routine inspections and maintenance on machines, troubleshooting issues when necessary. » Follow safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. » Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work areas and equipment. » Record production data, monitor output, and report any anomalies or machine malfunctions. » Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals and deadlines. » Follow all company policies and procedures related to quality control, safety, and operations. Requirements: » Previous experience as a machine operator and have WTR. » Knowledge of machinery, tools, and mechanical operations. » Strong attention to detail and the ability to solve problems efficiently. » Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team. » Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. Requirement needed to be successful: -Ability to follow instructions. -WTR required -Pass a pre employment drug screen. -Must reside in NZ. -Right to work in NZ.
