Beverage Manager prosperous Beverage Manager candidates will have practice in a similar position. The pay rate for the position will be assessed on the practice and qualification of each applicant. The wage bracket for this position is between $29.00 - $35.00 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. tasks include, but are not limited to: » Manage beverage program including cocktails, wines, beers, non-alcoholic beverages, and function menus » Support servers and bartenders all over service to the Estate standards, to ensure consistent seamless practices. This includes but is not limited to opening wine, refreshing drinks, clearing or re-setting tables, and taking payments » Provide leadership abilities and direction to the staff to ensure that customers understand options and can place orders promptly » Inventory control & purchases » Point of Sale programming » supervise beer tap training, cleaning and correct management of bright tanks and kegs in the cool room » Arrange equipment purchases, repairs, and cleaning schedules and report any maintenance problems promptly » supervise beverage training program with other department managers. The wage bracket for this position is between $23.00 - $28.00 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. tasks include, but are not limited to: » Greeting and interacting with guests in a friendly and professional manner » Taking customer orders in a professional and friendly manner » Opening wine, refreshing drinks, clearing or re-setting tables, and taking payments » Work a variety of shifts including lunch, dinner, and functions » capability to prioritise tasks and work to a schedule » Strong attention to detail and capability to multitask » Personable and professional demeanor with co-workers and guests » capability to work in a team and promotion of good work ethics and values » Opening and closing tasks Bartenders prosperous Bartenders candidates will have practice in a similar position. The pay rate for the position will be assessed on the practice and qualification of each applicant. The wage bracket for this position is between $24.00 - $28.00 per hour with a guaranteed minimum of 30 hours a week. tasks include, but are not limited to: » Complete opening and closing procedures for bar areas » Make cocktails, open/pour wines, pour beers through service » Ensure bar procedures are consistent with company standards » Serve and run beverages as required » Restock & participate in stock counts » Keep the bar appearance clean and tidy inside and out » Complete detailed cleaning of bar equipment » Barista - Able to make coffees consistent with the Tantalus standards » Inform a manager immediately of any customer concerns/complaints » Inform the Bar Manager or manager when running low on products Backwaiters prosperous Backwaiters candidates will have practice in a similar position. The pay rate for the position will be assessed on the practice of each applicant.
