The function: This is an exciting function for someone who is looking to develop within a senior support function working across events, internal projects and stakeholder management. A great opportunity for someone craving variety who thrives in getting stuck into agile projects and providing high-level support across the business. You’ll be a natural relationship builder and will enjoy partnering with multiple stakeholders and delivering to deadlines. You will act as the key point of contact for key board members and will be able to take ownership when Information technology comes to planning and executing business awards and events/conferences. You’ll also enjoy the day-to-day support tasks of acting as the “go-to” for the CEO and Training and Development Manager. About you: • practice in a similar function supporting at CEO and Board level • Minute-taking practice is a must! • Well-developed written and oral communication expertise; communicating with a wide variety of audiences on a range of complex issues. • capability to maintain high levels of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail • Have excellent relationship management and communication expertise with the capability to build trusting relationships • Have sound judgement and the capability to make quick decisions while juggling multiple priorities • Sound practice working and managing events/conferences and ad-hoc projects • Flexibility to manage multiple priorities in high volume and a constantly changing, deadline-driven environment.
