A Government agency is seeking a talented Level 2 Support Engineer to join them for a short term Contract until the end of June 2021. You will be supporting with an installation of software on staff laptops.
To succeed, Information technology is essential you have the following expertise and practice:
   » Solid practice supporting Windows end user environments and related desktop technologies
   » practice with Incident and Problem Management processes
   » Sound expertise and practice of end user infrastructure
   » capability to troubleshoot Information technology issues
   » Advanced technical expertise including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Printing Services, MS Offices, Group Policy, Windows 10 and/or practice with hardware
   » A practical, analytical approach to solving problems
