High Country Salmon is situated in the beautiful Mackenzie Region. Our business comprises of a boutique salmon farm, processing and dispatch department, fish shop and floating cafe. We are seeking for full-time, permanent chef/cooks for our Cafe. You will need to have previous practice in kitchens, and an interest or practice making sushi is an advantage. These functions would suit an up-and-coming chef or cook to progress their career, or an practiced chef who wants a better work/life balance (no evening shifts). You will be working in a small team producing cabinet food, a la carte breakfast and lunch items, as well as a range of sushi. Remuneration will depend on practice and expertise.
